SEPTEMBER 9, 2023 Saturday 1pm onwards and SEPTEMBER 10, 2023 Sunday 7am onwards at Anislag Covered Court.
Requirements: Photocopies of the following
*Vaccination Card
*Birth Certificate (must present Original) for 13 under and 17 under
*2x2 Picture
*Valid ID for 18 above
*All players are required to submit waiver form.
RESERVATION FEE: 1,500 upon Registration
ENTRY FEE : 3,500 free upper jersey for 5 players must be settled until September 10, 2023

Greetings of love and peace!

We are humbly asking for your prayers and help in our call for donations for any donations especially "financial assistance" for Christian Arango Magdato an 18 year old residing at Purok 2 Relocation (Baldo), Anislag, Daraga, Albay. He had a fracture in his right leg due to a sports injury. His father can't go to work to assist him in his daily activities.

We are asking for your benevolent heart to give any amount that will greatly help the Magdato family in support for their daily and medication fees needed.
