Experience a one-of-a-kind gathering where coffee meets the centuries-old tradition of Buscalan hand-poked tattoos. Join us at Localhost Workspace & Café on July 23–24, 2026, as we welcome Melanie Maite Ambatang—a descendant and apprentice of Apo Whang-Od—for an authentic mambabatok experience.

Event Mechanics

1. REGISTER ONLINE. All interested participants must complete the online registration form through the QR code posted or through: https://tinyurl.com/KulturaAtSiningTRE

2. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION. Registration is subject to slot availability. Only participants who receive a confirmation message will be accommodated.

3. LIMITED SLOTS. Each session is limited to 15 participants only and will begin at 10:00 AM at Localhost Café.

4. REGISTRATION FEE. Confirmed participants must pay a ₱350.00 registration fee directly to Localhost Café on the day of their scheduled session. The fee includes one (1) complimentary espresso-based coffee beverage, subject to the café's available menu.

5. TATTOO FEE. Traditional Buscalan tattoo designs are priced at a minimum of ₱1,000.00, with the final amount depending on the size and complexity of the chosen design. Tattoo fees are paid directly to the Buscalan tattoo artist.

6. BE ON TIME. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 15–30 minutes before their scheduled session for registration and orientation.

7. NON-TRANSFERABLE SLOTS. Confirmed slots are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, kindly inform the organizers as early as possible so the slot may be offered to another participant.

At LIFT Fitness Gym, we value transparency, fairness, and respect for the sport above all else. To maintain clarity and transparency, we would like to formally and clearly present the official winners of our 12-Week Transformation Challenge Season 3, along with the judging process used.

JUDGING CRITERIA

All contenders were evaluated based on industry standards and common bodybuilding competition practices:

Men’s & Women’s Physique:
-Muscle development and overall conditioning
-Body symmetry and proportion
-Fat loss and muscle definition
-Overall visual impact and transformation quality

Most Improved:
-Degree of physical transformation from start to finish
-Fat loss and/or muscle gain relative to starting point
-Consistency, discipline, and visible effort across 12 weeks

JUDGE

All entries were evaluated by well-respected industry expert, Mr. Mario Manginsay, known for his participation and success in major nationwide bodybuilding competitions in the Philippines.

To ensure absolute fairness and impartiality, the names and identities of all participants were withheld from the judge. Judging was based on before-and-after photos and respective weight changes, and in accordance to industry standards. NO PERSONAL, SOCIAL, OR GYM AFFILIATIONS WERE DISCLOSED DURING EVALUATION.

OUR COMMITMENT

We stand firmly by the results of this challenge. These outcomes were not cooked, influenced, or manipulated in any way. They are the product of:

-Objective evaluation
-Respect for the standards of the sport
