OFFICIAL PLAYER BRACKETS – INTERMEDIATE HIGH DIVISION

The final brackets for the Intermediate High Division are now officially released!

📅 Tournament Date: Tomorrow, July 5
🕔 Game Time: 5:00 PM SHARP

All players, especially those scheduled in the first matches, are strongly advised to arrive early to complete check-in and warm up. Late arrivals may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with tournament rules.

⚠️ Player Eligibility & Protests

To ensure fair competition, player eligibility protests will continue to be accepted throughout the tournament, even while matches are in progress. However, all protests must be supported by clear and credible evidence.

Any player who is proven to be overqualified for the Intermediate High Division will be immediately disqualified, regardless of the stage of the tournament—even if they are currently playing, have advanced to the finals, or are competing in the championship match.

If you believe or have credible information that a player does not meet the qualifications for this division, or is overqualified for the category, you may submit a protest by sending a direct message to our page.

To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the competition:

✅ Protests will remain open before and during the tournament.
✅ A protest may still be filed even if the player has already played one or more matches.
✅ All protests will be reviewed by the tournament organizers, and appropriate action will be taken if necessary.

📢 OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🌧️

After carefully assessing the current weather conditions, we have made the difficult decision to postpone today's tournament due to continuous heavy rainfall and unplayable court conditions.

While we had hoped the weather would improve, the safety and well-being of our players, officials, and spectators will always be our highest priority. Rather than pushing the tournament to proceed under unsafe conditions, we believe postponing the event is the most responsible decision.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.

📢 TOURNAMENT UPDATE 🌧️

Due to the current weather conditions, today's tournament is temporarily delayed.

We are closely monitoring the situation and are hoping the rain clears. If the weather improves, the tournament will begin at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM. We will post another update to confirm the official start time.

However, if the rain continues and the courts remain unplayable, the tournament will be rescheduled to next Saturday, July 4.

The safety of all players, officials, and spectators remains our top priority. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

As of now, our tournament is still scheduled to start as planned at 5:00 PM, provided that the weather remains favorable and there is no rain.

We know many of our participants may already be preparing to head to SideOut Pickleball Courts, so we'll continue to monitor the weather closely and provide updates before 5:00 PM if there are any changes to the schedule.

Should continuous rain affect court conditions, we will immediately announce whether the start time or tournament date needs to be adjusted. The safety of our players and the quality of play remain our top priorities.

However, if it rains during the tournament or continues to rain for several hours before the scheduled start time, the tournament start time or event date may be subject to change. This decision will be made to ensure the safety of all players and to provide the best possible playing conditions.
