This Mothers' Day, we would like to share another Fitspiration Story!
Meet Mommy Grace/Grasya Besin-Sanoy. Aside from juggling her time in being a housewife, entrepreneur, and a mother of two, she never fails to take great care of herself through regularly visiting our gym to do some exercise.
According to her, she was inspired to enroll in the gym due to her ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ง๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐) which is a common hormonal disorder in women of reproductive age. It is characterized by irregular menstrual cycles, excess male hormones, and ovarian cysts (๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐พ: ๐๐๐๐๐://๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

Within 5 months of regularly visiting the gym, she noticed some positive changes like, โ๐๐ ๐ข๐ช๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ ๐ค ๐๐ญ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ ๐ ๐ค ๐ฉ๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ค ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐๐ฉ๐.โ She also noticed some physical changes. Before, she was always asked if she is pregnant again, but now, โ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ฃ ๐ ๐ค ๐ข๐ช๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐ช๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ โฆ ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ฏ!โ going from 53 kg. to 45 kg. which is an ideal weight for her height, as well.
In this world where almost everyone has something to say about somebody elseโs life, she always puts in her mind to ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐ง๐๐จ๐จ, ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ. Despite all of the responsibilities she has to fulfill as a mother, she would like to also tell other mothers that, โ๐ฟ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ช๐ ๐ช๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ. ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ ๐๐ช๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐ฃ ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฅ๐๐จ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฃ๐ ๐ ๐๐ช๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐ช๐ฃ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฃ๐ ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ .โ implying that no matter how busy the mothers are, they should also not forget to take care of themselves even with just a simple morning walk, quick jog around the neighborhood, or some squats at home. After all, HEALTH IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE WEIGHT YOU LOSE, BUT THE LIFE YOU GAIN.
