My client's journey from fat loss to strength gain is truly inspiring!

Here are the numbers:
Bodyweight: 86 kgs to 77.7 kgs (-8.3 kgs)
BMI: 25.4 near normal range!
% body fat: 21.2 (normal)
Visceral Fat: 9 (normal level)
Muscle %: 34.0. % (near normal range )

But what's even more impressive? 🤔 His non-scale wins, including able to run his first 10 kms, prioritizing self-care, and becoming stronger and more confident! 🏃💉💊🏋️

✅practicing and getting to her food portions (doesn’t have to be perfect)
✅ fixing and conditioning her knee injury
✅improving her exercise skill set while getting her fitness goals
✅ letting go of old habits and applying new habits that fits on her lifestyle
✅ achieving more habits and exercise skill goals despite of her health condition
✅ instilling PAUSING/RECOVERY is integral part of the program
