we are sorry to inform all of you that the planned basketball league was forced to cancel due to insufficient numbers of teams registering to participate. the HCN league requires 10teams to proceed but ended only 7 teams decide to participate leaving the league unable to proceed with its planned schedule of competition. another reason is due to unavailability of venue which can cause inconvenience to players, coaches and fans.
