Vigan Watersports/ Vigan Kite Center Vigan Kite Center: A Kiteboarding school located in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A perfect place to enjoy the wind and the water!

The peninsula extends to the northwest which catches the northeast winds perfectly. The Island is connected by a sandbar that lets the wind sweep across, which provides a really great off-shore kite spot. The water stays pretty shallow for a good distance on either side of the beach. To date, I have found no urchins, rocks, stone fish, or any other hazards either in the water or on the beach.

Just want to put it out there. Dalan is going to start putting together Safaries to Puro during the season! That's a booze cruise on the 2GO ferry and a straight shot bus trip to and from Vigan. More details will come later!
