Over the years, a familiar pattern began to emerge.
An employer would reach out and ask if we knew a Virtual Assistant, an SEO Specialist, a Social Media Manager, or someone who could help grow their business.
At around the same time, a student would send a message asking where they might find their next client, their first remote job, or simply an opportunity to get started.
It always struck me that both sides were looking for the same thing.
One was searching for talent. The other was hoping to be found.
For years, we've tried to bridge that gap through referrals, recommendations, and introductions. Sometimes over email. Sometimes through Messenger. Sometimes through a quick conversation that began with, "Coach, do you know anyone?"
