Introducing MANA Spa × The Reset Studio — a special Sunday experience designed to take you from movement to recovery.

( Technically, this post is a little useless because… you all sold it out before we even got the chance to post it! )

August 31 – September 6, 2026 is now LIVE, and bookings are officially open!

And just like that, we’re closing out August and stepping into a brand new month at The Reset. ✨

💥 THE RESET BLACKOUT CHALLENGE is officially CLOSED! After a month of showing up, checking off challenges, and working toward that BLACKOUT, we have our three winners: Jolie, Miacoy51 + Ambra Anzani! 💣 You did it! 🤍

As we wrap up our 6th Monthsary, we just want to say the biggest THANK YOU to everyone who celebrated with us all month long. From showing up to class and joining our challenges, to attending our special events and simply being part of this community — you made this milestone feel extra special. Six months of The Reset would not have been the same without our Reset Girls. 🥹🤍

Now, onto September! We have a new month ahead and a lineup of exciting experiences and collaborations we can’t wait to share with you.

First up: MANA Spa × The Reset Studio on September 6 — a special Red Light Hot Mat Pilates experience by Sophia Alo followed by a complimentary massage from MANA Massage & Spa Cebu and refreshments. The perfect way to move, recover, and reset. ✨

He’s coming back — and this time, we’re keeping him for a whole week! 🤭

After such an incredible response to his first visit, we couldn’t wait to welcome Avey + Дмитрий Андронов back to The Reset! From August 24–29, he’s taking over the studio with a full week of Hot Sculpt classes — which means plenty more chances to sweat, sculpt, shake, and experience the class so many of you loved the first time around.

And because one class might not be enough this time… we’re introducing a special 3-Class Mini Package exclusively for Avey’s week at the studio!
