Last May 19, many of our Founding Members (and a few friends!) joined us for their very first complimentary community class — an evening dedicated to slowing down, moving intentionally, and experiencing our new red light therapy integration firsthand.

If you haven’t tried Teacher Ela’s class yet, Hot Aromatic Slow Flow is a slower-paced heated yoga experience designed around deep stretching, mindful movement, breathwork, grounding, and nervous system regulation — all enhanced with aromatherapy and essential oils.

Think: calming music, infrared heat, slower transitions, longer holds, soft lighting, and a deeply restorative atmosphere that encourages you to fully unwind.
