**2. Attend newbie’s training test**

u need to pass the training before attending our projects. Training test is easy to pass. You only need several hours to watch training videos and read documents, then take the test. When you finish the training test, you can attend our real projects.
**3. Join a group **

**4. Adaptive phase (the first 100 hours)**
Newbies will become labelers and join the real projects after the training test. If you meet some issues, you can ask your group leader for help. Leaders will share their experience with you to help you quickly be adjusted to our projects. You will be paid by how much work you have done. Taking “building repair” project as an example, in one hour, more buildings you can process, higher hourly rate you can get. If you do more, your efficiency will increase a lot. A new labeler will become an experienced worker after 100 hours work (equals to 75 pesos/hr, or even higher as 112 pesos/hr). New labelers who can learn quicker will shorten the adaptive phase.
