Cebu Cheer Association We are from the Cebu Cheerleading Association, also known as CCA, a localized non-profit organization composed of a union of coaches in Cebu. Objectives

Cheerleading is already being recognized to be one of the most anticipated events in the country. As the level of competition rises in the world of competitive cheer, the goal of our organization is to educate the neighboring towns, cities and municipalities with the basic and advanced concepts of cheerleading and gymnastics, in hopes to increase the footprint of cheerleading in the region. We are

a non-profit independent organization composed of a group of coaches aiming to increase the footprint of cheerleading in the region
B. Educate the neighboring towns and cities to the proper cheerleading concepts. Support and create avenues for cheerleaders to showcase their talents locally, nationally and abroad. Open to different national organizations who would want to help assist us in our cause.

Cheer Pilipinas Unveils Grassroots Program for Visayas and Mindanao

March 30, 2025 - In a significant move for Philippine cheerleading, Cheer Pilipinas Chairman Itos Valdes announced during Day 3 of the National Cheerleading Championship (NCC) that the organization is planning for a grassroots program in Visayas and Mindanao.
As the national governing body for the sport, Cheer Pilipinas aims to expand opportunities for athletes in these regions by developing standalone competitive cheer events, similar to the prestigious NCC. These events will be uniquely designed and will welcome teams from across the country and even international competitors.

To bring this initiative to life, Cheer Pilipinas will work closely with its regional representatives, including Mr.
Algen Landas of the Davao Cheer & Dance Alliance (DCDA) and Mr. Lean Pelenio of the Cebu Cheer Association (CEBCA).

"These championships we are planning is a big boost for the sports and youth sector of each of those cities" Valdes shared.

This initiative marks a new era for Philippine cheerleading, promising greater accessibility, inclusivity, and growth for the sport across the nation.
