You can run from the truth, but you can’t hide from the results. Your actions will speak for you. What you put is what you get out of.

Blessed weekend everyone!🤠

The best understand that the prep work is just as important as the performance. You don't win on the weekend without showing up & executing Monday - Friday. Intentional prep leads to success. From those it's attack, attack, attack. You can wish for something all you want. Earn it through the preperation and the willingness to work for what you want.

Welcome back Noah and Yani! It’s been a long time man!🇺🇸🇵🇭🤝

Saturday habit!

Great moments are born from great opportunities. Blessed are those who have the opportunity to compete, to train, and matter. Every time you feel the goal is out of reach, or the mission is too hard - remember: Someone would give anything to get your spot & have your opporturity. Make sure you never take anything for granted and give it all you got.

You might not be a competitor in the sport but you have to stand your ground and prove yourself daily. It can be coming more consistently or build a stronger domain or working on your weaknesses. Prove it! Not just today, but everyday!

Congratulations Jordan, Wilfred, Tray and Travis on your stripes! Keep working harder & smarter!

Blessed weekend to ya’ll!🤠🙌🏻

Nogi Kids - Fridays at 6pm

Everything you do serves a purpose.
Every rep, every correction, every little detail - it all matters. Trust the systems.

You don't need to be Superman; you just need to do your job. Execute the plan. The answer to adversity doesn't always need to be more. Often the best answer is focusing on you and your discipline. Do what you do better.

Too often, we give people who haven’t done the work too much influence over those who have. Everyone has an opinion.

Anybody can be an armchair quarterback (a person who gives advice, criticism, or opinions on a subject or situation in which they are not involved and do not have actual expertise.)

But when it's go time, opinions don’t matter - preparation does. Respect isn't demanded. It's earned. Don't allow spectators to dictate the pace. Do the work. Earn the espect. Let your actions do the talking.

Earn your voice. 🤝🗣️
