• Choreograph, lead and instruct groups or individual clients in workout sessions.
• Train individuals on proper technique and use of workout equipment.
• Assist clients with modifying workouts to assist with recovery from an injury.
• Monitor people’s progress toward fitness goals.
• Provide members with fitness and nutritional resources.
• Work one-on-one with clients, encouraging and motivating them during workouts.
• Demonstrate workout routines or techniques.
