PBO-CV's incoming VP Mr. Rolando Mendoza is beeming with pride as he displays the OPBF beautiful red belt that will be contested in tomorrow's event at the famed Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

The OPBF vacant Featherweight title will be contested by Japan's Mikito Nakano and Philippines' Bryx Piala. Mr. Mendoza will act as one of the official judges of the fight.
