Grief is like basketball. You can't control the bounce, but you can always decide how you play it & oftentimes, the best therapy is just lacing up your shoes, stepping on the court, and letting the game clear your mind.
Ma, I'll always cherish ur encouragement to me in playing basketball tho dili ka mo tan aw kay mahadlok ka masikhan or ma injured ko. 😭
