We have finally decided to finish what we started back in 2023: summiting Mt. Nailong, an iconic peak nestled in Barili, southwest Cebu. Three years ago, we trailblazed this mountain hoping to find a path to the top, but we ended up stuck at a dead end... a sheer rock wall. The only way up was an extremely dangerous vertical climb, which forced us to turn back and save the exploration for another day.

Life and busy schedules got in the way, and three years flew by without us ever finishing the climb. But this time, we finally made it to the summit. By hiring a local guide who knew a secret, shorter route, we successfully made it all the way to Nailong's iconic nose cliff.

Whatever you do, never lean on the negativity that's happening around you. Keep your mind busy. Talk with your Family and friends. Eat healthy and learn new things.. like music, art, crafting, dancing, singing or anything under the Sun. Just don't spiral down on depression.

Just came home from a successful exploration hike/climb in Barili Cebu. A mountain that will serve as venue for an upcoming 3-Day Mountain Survival Challenge in July.
