Having an erratic schedule doesn't have to mean putting a pause on your yoga practice. Come and join our virtual Ashtanga classes from the comfort of your home! Message us to sign up and to know more about our classes.

Our Classes:

》MYSORE PRIMARY SERIES | MWF 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Mysore is a self-paced class where students receive individual instruction allowing them to progress at their own pace. In the beginning, please expect a shorter practice. As proficiency is gained in the postures, poses will be added one at a time allowing the students to experience the full therapeutic benefits of the practice.

*Students with regular practice may log in as late as 8:00pm. Beginners are encouraged to log in on the first hour.

》INTRO TO ASHTANGA (Beginners Class) | 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Students will learn the basics of Ashtanga Yoga including breath, gazing points, and proper vinyasa count. The class will move slowly with a generous selection of variations so practice will be accessible to all.

》FEES:
1 Class Pass - 250
Monthly Pass - 2,000
Private Yoga - 1,000/session (1-2 students)
