A workshop designed for coaches who would like to learn how to effectively teach a Striking Class or if you are an experienced trainer, this will add a system on your Striking Class to make it progressive and always fresh.

If you are not "yet" a coach, this workshop will open up doors for you and make your understanding of training a lot better.
