The Province of Samar has been named the PSKA Most Outstanding Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) in the Philippines for the third consecutive year, reaffirming its leadership in youth development and governance. After winning the award in Aklan (2024) and Quezon City (2025), Samar once again secured the prestigious national honor.

Congratulations to the Provincial Government of Samar, led by Governor Sharee Ann Tan, and the entire LGU community. This achievement is dedicated to every Samarnon youth whose participation and commitment have made our programs meaningful and impactful.
