Ayon sa format ng torneo, may automatic spot umano ang home team sa championship round—kaya lalo tuloy nagiging komplikado ang standings.

PINOY FANS WANT JIMMY ALAPAG OVER TIM CONE AS GILAS COACH

A lot of Pinoy fans are calling for Coach Jimmy Alapag to take over, accusing Tim Cone of playing favorites when picking players for the national team.

The common complaint? “Puro na lang Ginebra players ang kinukuha.”

Alapag ain’t new to Gilas. The legend was a key piece of the national team as a player before later joining the coaching staff as an assistant.

He also leveled up his coaching game in the U.S., with stints with the Stockton Kings and Sacramento Kings, before making his return to the Philippines this year.

So, what y’all saying?
