𝙆𝙄𝘾𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙊𝙁𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘼𝘿𝙊𝙋𝙏-𝘼-𝙋𝙐𝙍𝙊𝙆 𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙏𝙄𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙑𝙀
October 17, 2025 | Barangay Baybay, Carrascal

The Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO), in partnership with the Banjak Carrascal Association, conducted a courtesy visit to Barangay Baybay in line with the rollout of LGU Carrascal’s “Adopt-a-Purok” Initiative under the leadership of Mayor Joseph L. Urgel.

As part of the initial activities, the team visited Purok 3 and Purok 4, the identified focus areas of the team, to discuss preliminary plans, strategies, and immediate community concerns. Among the key issues raised was the strengthening of solid waste management practices within the locality.

The MYDO, Banjak Carrascal, and other partner stakeholders are optimistic about the successful implementation of this initiative, which aims to foster community empowerment, youth-driven participation, and the sustainable development of the purok and its surrounding communities.
