Some race weekends stay with you a little longer. This was one of them. 🏎️🏁

After months away from their homecourt track, Bella and Basti came into NIKC Round 2 simply happy to be back doing what they love most. We arrived with grateful hearts and zero expectations — just deeply excited to race again.

So watching them finish the weekend here felt incredibly special for us as:

🏆 Basti – Champion Overall, Bambino Class
🏆 Bella – Champion, All-Girls Class
🏁 Bella – 3rd Runner-Up Overall, Cadet Class

Beyond the trophies, we’ll remember the quiet moments most: the anticipation during kart drawlots, the deep breaths before the grid, the tough laps, the laughter between races, and the heart these two continue to bring into the sport.

To Coaches Noli and Pao, thank you for your nonstop guidance and belief in them. To the fellow racers, parents, marshals, stewards, and DRIFT MOTOR Speedway— thank you for making the day so memorable for these little kids.

Days later, our hearts are still full.

And tomorrow, we learn again. 🩵🩷

Dear Mum,

Thank you for the early mornings you wake us up to with our warm bubble bath ready, breakfast all packed, gears lined up, and goals already listed, for rushing to and fro the paddock, sending us off to the pit lane and welcoming us back after every session. You operate like clockwork —tirelessly, selflessly ticking off the checklist so we never miss anything.

We are grateful how you celebrate our wins like they’re larger than life, and how you embrace us even tighter when the going gets tough. There’s no one else like you.

Happy Mother’s Day, Mummie. We love you so dearly!

Back at the track yesterday!

Grateful for these days that kick off early in the morning, the roaring sound of engines, our kuya mechanics and coaches who push us to hit our personal best times, the breathtaking sunset rides, and really, just the time we get to spend doing what we truly love. 🏎️🩷🩵

Yesterday’s NIKC Round 1 was a strong showing across both the Bambino and Cadet grids, built on consistency, discipline, and intent.

Basti once again led the Bambino field, taking pole position in the final race, and securing the championship. A clear reflection of the work he puts in behind the scenes. Every lap, adjustment, and detail sharepened to elevate his racecraft and maintain that edge. 🏆

Bella delivered a composed and competitive run in the cadet class, taking gold in the ladies category and finishing P8 overall. A performance anchored in control, pace, and steady progression. She’s building momentum, with her sights locked on the podium where she belongs. 🥇

On to the next round! No easing off, no shortcuts. Just more laps, tighter ex*****on, and an even sharper game plan when it matters most.

Back to where it all began. 🏎️

Bella and Basti are heading into NIKC Round 1 this Sunday, April 19, at DRIFT MOTOR Speedway Manila Bay, coming full circle in indoor karting. From their early laps to where they are now, the indoor track holds a lot of memories for these two ultimate drivers.

They’re excited to be back on the grid with their old buddies, and thrilled to race against new great drivers.

Little Basti (who’s excited to move up to Gr 1 in September) has been homeschooled since day 1.

Homeschool Global Philippines has helped him strike the perfect balance between school and play, allowing him to excel in his studies and chosen sports all at the same time. 🙏🏻🩵

Praise God, from whom all good things come! 🙏🏻

The grid was tough. I battled some of the most talented Bambino drivers in the T4 Asia Cup 2026. As the youngest racer on the grid, I had to race hard, drive smart, and fight for the win I wanted so badly to give to the Philippine Team.

Mom, Dad, and Achie Bella, thank you for giving me the opportunity to share the talent God has entrusted to me. Dada, thank you for your patience and relentless coaching, even when exhaustion almost got the best of me.

To my DRIFT MOTOR Racing Team x Axel Motorsports Gruppe — Tito GM Bugayong, Tita Hydie Gonzales Bugayong, Tito Mike Anthony Nocom, Tita Aileen Andrea Nocom, Kuya Yuan, and Kuya Yashie — thank you for believing in me and in what these small hands can do.

Coach Noli, Coach Pao, Coach Kevin, and Coach Ivan, thank you for preparing me for bigger dreams since my indoor karting days. Coach Charls, Kuya Ryle , Kuya Michael, and Kuya Yashie, thank you for sharpening my skills and mentoring me every step of the way.

To my kuya mechanics Christian, Kent, and Kiel, thank you for keeping my kart in top form and race ready at all times.

To my grandparents, aunties, uncles, Kuya Regan, Ate Loren, Ate Camille, and the entire DMRT community of parents and fellow racers, thank you for taking care of me and filling up my love tank throughout race week. I felt supported, encouraged, and deeply loved.

Teacher Andy, thank you for being so considerate and helping me stay on top of my academics during this time. Your guidance made it possible for me to pursue racing while honoring my responsibilities in school.
