SUBJECT: Disqualification and Banning of Team Chryso / Saint-Gobain from RMCBL

DATE: August 26, 2026
The Ready-Mix Concrete Basketball League (RMCBL) Board of Directors, in concurrence with the Tournament Committee, hereby issues an official declaration regarding Team Chryso / Saint-Gobain's participation in RMCBL Season 3.
Effective immediately, Team Chryso / Saint-Gobain has been disqualified and indefinitely banned from RMCBL ( Ready Mix Concrete Basketball League ) and all future league-sanctioned events.
This administrative action is enforced due to severe and repeated violations of fundamental league regulations:

Non-Payment of League Entry Fees: Despite multiple notices and extended deadlines, Team Chryso / Saint-Gobain failed to settle its financial obligations to the league, violating the mandatory registration terms.
Continuous Game Defaults: The team has committed repeated game forfeitures, disrupting the official tournament schedule, compromising fair competition, and disrespecting scheduled opponents, referees, and league staff.
