Jerome Talampas – our resident “hindi na baling mabagal, basta pogi” specialist.
Yes, he’s single… yes, he’s available… and yes, he’s racing today powered by a very specific three-letter source of inspiration 👀.
Hindi natin sasabihin ang pangalan… pero if you know, you know. 😉
(Hint: biglang gumaganda ang splits niya pag malapit ang finish line.)

🇬🇷 CAPT. HERNAN TAKES ON ATHENS (again... and again!) 🏃‍♂️💨

They say the marathon was born in Greece — and apparently, so was Capt. Hernan’s love for suffering 😅. El Kapitan Hernan is back at it, toeing the line once more at the legendary Athens Marathon, the very route where the word “marathon” was literally invented!

🏛️ Trivia time:
The first marathon happened when a soldier named Pheidippides ran from Marathon to Athens (about 42km) to announce victory… then promptly collapsed. Don’t worry — Capt. Hernan plans to skip that last part 😂

After battling through a shoulder injury from a bike mishap during training, B**g now proudly carries our flag at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Marbella, Spain! 🇪🇸

Each pedal stroke, each mile — fueled by puso, perseverance, and the spirit of every Pinoy triathlete chasing their dreams. 🌍🔥

The sneaky silent operator of WedTri, Tere Gravador, tried (again!) to keep things lowkey — but sorry Tere, walang lihim sa WedTri radar! 👀

This time, she conquered the beautiful coast of Bagac, Bataan, snagging 3rd place in her Age Group at the Tito’s Coastman Bagac 2025 Aquathlon! 🌊🏃‍♀️

Always humble, rarely loud, but always podium-bound! You can’t hide greatness, Tere — we’re all so proud of you! 💚

🏊‍♂️🌴 RA Angeles Conquers Swim Ju**ie Caramoan! 🇵🇭🔥

From the boardroom to the open water — this corporate shark just proved he can dominate more than just meetings! 💼➡️🌊

Now based in Singapore, RA flew home just to race through one of the most breathtaking (and brutal!) open-water swims in the country — Swim Ju**ie Caramoan! 🐠💪

Talk about dedication! While most people fly home for food and family, this guy came home to chase currents and conquer coastlines. 😎👏

Congrats, RA! You’ve shown us that no distance — office or ocean — is too wide when passion calls. 🏝️💥

🏆✨ PODIUMS & PLOTS at Titan 77.7 — Clark ✨🏆

Huge congrats to Mama Jo “Tricuracha” Caralian (1st in AG) and Cat “Come From Behind” Deveza (2nd in AG) — you two turned the race into a telenovela with better endings. 🎭🥇🥈

A few honorary shoutouts (with receipts and questionable drama):

Ralph — the unsung hero who spectacularly bonked at the 8th km of the 21km run after losing his nutrition on a bumpy bike. Instead of sulking, he became the saint of gels: he gave away his stash to Mama Jo, who promptly used them to sprint to gold. Selfless or strategic sabotage? You decide. 🍌➡️🥇

Lloyd & Jenn — Couple goals alert. Found each other mid-bike and didn’t let go — not even a flat at the 70km could separate them. Lloyd played the perfect support role while Jenn unleashed what we now call the Dragon Rampage (a spectacular, smiling fury that made the course her playground). Flat tire? Pfft. Romance: undefeated. 🚲💑🔥

Jerome — the philosophical racer. He treats each kilometer like a photo filter: savored, unbothered, and somehow more relaxed than your Sunday brunch. Finish place? Optional. Love life? Finally starting — with a lady who remains delightfully mysterious (Ralph has the tea). ☕️😉

Joan — again? YES—again. Dominating the 40–49 AG like it’s her part-time hobby. Props to Ralph’s gel donations and WedTri’s relentless banter (which apparently counts as motivation). 🥇💪✨

Cat — the human spoiler alert. Second place via a heart-stopping, last-minute come-from-behind push at the finish line — drama, grit, and cinematic timing. We stan. 🏁🔥

To Mama Jo, Cat, Joan, Ralph, Lloyd, Jenn, Jerome — you made Clark into a story worth telling. Proud, loud, and slightly chaotic — exactly how we like it. 🥳🎉

This Sunday, ready your horns, cheers, and poppers as we rally behind our mighty Wednesday Tri delegates — Ralph, Jenn, Joan, Lloyd, Cat, and Jerome — as they take on the ultimate challenge: Titan 77.7 Philippines 🏆.

Billed as the HARDEST long-distance duathlon in Asia, this beast of a race throws down a grueling 25 km run + 100 km bike on a course that’s as hilly as it is technical.

"Hard" doesn’t even begin to cover it — but if there’s one thing we know, it’s that these warriors are bringing nothing less than their A game for this A race. 🚀🔥

🌊🚴🏃 In the breathtaking island of Samal, two stories unfolded on the same finish line…

🔥 B**g – A true testament to perseverance. After a serious bicycle accident, many would’ve stepped back. But B**g chose the harder path: recovery, resilience, and redemption. Yesterday, he proved that setbacks are just setups for a stronger comeback. This 5150 finish is more than a medal — it’s a milestone on his road to Marbella, Spain for the Ironman World Championships. Keep inspiring us, B**g! 🙌

😅 Tere – Meanwhile… in full ninja mode 🥷. Without a word, she snuck into the start line, raced her heart out, and shocked us all with a surprise finish! Proof that sometimes the best race plan is… not telling anyone you’re racing. 😂👏
