As we get ready for the Batangas Ultramarathon 55KM – Monte Maria, happening on September 20, 2026, please remember that SAFETY COMES FIRST! 💪❤️

To ensure a safe and smooth race experience, ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THE FOLLOWING UPON CLAIMING THEIR RACE KIT:

🩺 MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
A valid medical certificate confirming that you are fit to run and participate in an ultramarathon.

✍️ SIGNED WAIVER
All participants must personally sign the waiver upon claiming their race kit, acknowledging the risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the event.

🎒 MANDATORY GEAR
Please make sure you have all the required gear ready:

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF DISQUALIFICATION

Subject: Official Notice of Disqualification and Permanent Exclusion

Date: August 19, 2026

Effective immediately, the individual involved in recent unauthorized financial transactions have been officially disqualified from participating in the upcoming BATANGAS ULTRAMARATHON "MONTE MARIA" 55KM FIRST EDITION 2026 and are permanently banned from all future events organized, hosted, or promoted by RF Sports.

This action follows an internal review confirming that this individual engaged in fraudulent practices - specifically misleading fellow runners and collecting payments without remitting the funds to RF Sports.

RF Sports maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for financial dishonesty, misrepresentation, and any conduct that undermines the trust and integrity of our athletic community. All participants are bound by our official terms, as explicitly stated in our entry guidelines:

"I acknowledge and agree that BATANGAS ULTRAMARATHON 'MONTE MARIA' 55KM FIRST EDITION 2026 Event Organizers, in its sole discretion with finality, to disqualify me as a participant runner, if I did not follow race rules and regulations, and be removed from the list of Finishers."

Key Enforcement Details:

Immediate Effect: The individual concerned is strictly prohibited from registering, competing, or participating in any capacity (including as runners, pacers, or volunteers) in the Batangas Ultramarathon and all future RF Sports events.

Participant Notice: If you were directed by this individual to send registration fees or payments outside of official RF Sports channels, please contact our support team immediately, Mr. Allan Cuevas: 09298405630 (www.facebook.com/allan.cuevas.50)

Official Transactions: Please be reminded that all event registrations and payments must be processed exclusively through our official channels.

We remain dedicated to providing a fair, transparent, and secure environment for all participants. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

Special Relief for Affected Runners: To support the 8 participants who filed a formal complaint and were aggrieved by this unfortunate situation, RF Sports will be providing each of you a 50% discount on your next registration for any of our future events.

Sa lahat po ng nagrerehistro para sa aming mga event:

1. *Walang Refund Policy*
Sa oras na kayo ay magparehistro, ang inyong bayad ay kaagad na inilalaan para sa inyong entitlements: medal, trophy, finisher shirt, meals, at iba pa. Dahil dito, *hindi po kami nagbibigay ng refund.*

2. *Official Registration Only*
Kami ay nagpopost ng official list ng runners nang maaga bilang bahagi ng aming commitment sa transparency.
*Hindi po namin sagutin ang anumang rehistro o bayad na ginawa sa mga taong hindi affiliated sa RF Sports Promotions.*
Para makasigurado, nagse-send po kami ng *confirmation SMS at Email* sa lahat ng opisyal na nakarehistro.

3. *Group / Team Registration*
May mga pagkakataon na may mga indibidwal na nangongolekta ng bayad para sa buong team.
Kapag lumabas na ang official listing at hindi nakita ang pangalan, *hindi po namin pananagutan ang mga bayad na hindi dumaan sa amin.*
Mangyaring i-verify muna kung ang kausap ninyo ay authorized representative ng RFSP.

*Layunin ng paalalang ito ay upang maiwasan ang anumang problema at para protektahan ang bawat runner.*
