Today was a tough heat for the team. Physical endurance was tested with little to no breaks in between heats. It took an emotional toll on the team, the will was tested.

But it did not overcome the will to reach the goal.

Eventually the months of physical and emotional training paid, plus the trust with one’s self and each other, and the guidance from God, it all paid off with the team securing their spot for a podium finish!

Team Hilera survived day 1! Off to day 2! Lets go!
