Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that you will be getting a PERFECT pair of shoes. Minor flaws are common so please understand. We always double check the shoes before we deliver them to you but it is also your responsibility to triple check them. If you are not satisfied with the shoes you bought, let us work it out. Here is the guide in returning/exchanging the shoes.

1. Return/exchang

e is only valid within 1 week after receiving the shoes.
2. If the shoes you are returning/exchanging have been used, it is already yours. Obvious creases, scratches, dirt marks, etc. on the shoes will not be accepted for return/exchange.
3. All orders are being processed online, so returning/exchanging the shoes may take some time. I am only a reseller not the manufacturer of the shoes.
4. As you are aware, prices of the shoes are cheaper (most of the time) compare to others. That is because we are only charging more or less 10% service fee on the shoes you are buying. Hence, please DO NOT be so aggressive on asking for refund because that would be 90% lost to us. Bottom line, we are willing to work it out with you if you are not satisfied with your order, but please be patient.
