This event celebrates the rich cultural legacy of Apo Whang-Od, the iconic mambabatok of the Butbut tribe. Her grandchild, a trained and recognized mambabatok, will be with us to continue this sacred art and share its deep cultural meaning through authentic hand-tap tattooing.

For those who haven’t had the time or chance to travel and visit Apo Whang-Od in Buscalan, Tinta Buscalan is bringing the mambabatok to KapeAlbayano, offering you the chance to experience this traditional and historical tattoo practice.
