Hi everyone,
First, thank you so much for your continued patience and support. We know many of you have been waiting for updates, and we’d like to share what we can, as openly and respectfully as possible.
This has been a very difficult time for us on staff. Like many of you, we’ve had no clear communication from upper management, and we haven’t received our salaries in several months. Despite that, we chose to stay and support the community because we deeply care about all of you and what we built together.
We’re still holding on to hope that PSP can recover, but based on what we’ve seen, it’s unlikely.
If you paid by credit card, please know that your payment went directly to PSP’s account, not to us. Only PSP management can request a reversal—they must file a cancellation memo with their partner bank.
We’re doing our best to assist however we can. If you’re unable to get a refund directly from PSP, you may consider filing a complaint with the DTI. Some members have successfully received refunds through this process.
For those who paid in cash or via bank transfer, you may still file a DTI complaint, though the chances of recovery are unfortunately low. All payments—whether given to us in person or not—were deposited to PSP and never held by staff.

Maraming salamat po for your understanding and for standing by us through it all.
