You can't always rely on someone else because everybody has their own battles to fight also. You can't expect other people to save you all the time, because there are also some moments when they need to save themselves too.
The truth is, you have to be strong alone. While some other people are always willing to help and save you, always remember that you also have to help yourself in order to heal.
At the end of the day, you only have yourself, and you are the only one who can fully understand your feelings.
The courage and support that other people will give you are important, but the courage and support within yourself are necessary. Learn to pick yourself up even when you're alone.
Learn to be strong even when you're hurt, devastated, and lonely.
At the end of the day, you must always remember that you should be the first person to not give up on yourself every day.

Self care is a choice, it's a decision, and it is essential as a responsible mother.

Mothers can only be the best mothers to their families if they prioritize their own needs and nourish their souls.

It's about turning some of the nurturing energy you give to your child, towards yourself.

To be a fit parent you need to take care of yourself too, because you need to be physi ally emotionally and psychologically stable to take care of your family.

Some use it as an excuse for their laziness and irresponsible choices.

No more excuses please.

Sometimes you may feel like you're not getting any better. It feels like you're stuck in a situation where your wounds never stop bleeding.
Healing can be painful.
It requires a lot of courage every day to bear the pain. It's not going to be easy. There will be days where you just wish to give up.
There will be moments where you feel like you're tired of everything.
But it's okay. Everything will be okay.
I know it's hard right now, but I hope you will still be patient enough to face what you are going through.
I hope someday you will wake up happy and peaceful. I hope someday you will forget everything that hurts you.

There comes a time in every woman's life when the need for something deeper than merely physical attraction is felt.

It is no longer only romance or excitement but an honest feeling of finding that one person to rely upon.

We all deserve a love that will help us forget all the trauma and the pain that we have been through from our past. We deserve a love that's kind, something that will make us realize that we deserve to be treated right. We deserve someone who will move mountains and will make an effort just to keep us in their life. We all deserve a love that is honest and faithful, something that will make us feel peaceful whenever we go to sleep at night.

Sometimes, a genuine love is hard to find, but we all deserve that kind of love. Nobody deserves to feel worthless and to feel so unwanted. Every one of us deserves a kind of love that will make us love ourself more. We all deserve a love that will help us grow as a better person, and we deserve a love that will only bring happiness in our life. No matter how damaged we are, we all deserve a love that can heal. And no matter how many heartbreaks that we've been through, we all deserve a love that will remind us that we are always enough.
