The Black Powder Gun Club Inc. would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Calbayog City Mayor Raymund C. Uy for approving the permit for the Mountain Top Shooting Range.

Mayor Mon-Mon Uy has been very supportive of practical shooting sports in Calbayog City, continuously helping promote responsible firearm sportsmanship and the development of the local shooting community.

Once all permits for the shooting range are fully completed and available, Mayor has also committed to sponsoring a Philippine Practical Shooting Association sanctioned match in the city.

We would also like to thank the Calbayog City Police Office headed by PLtCol Dinvir L. Revita for their support and assistance in the establishment of the shooting range.

Thank you for your continued support to the practical shooting community in Calbayog City.

Thank you for organizing a wonderful Level 1 shoot with a Level III course of fire experience. The event was truly well-prepared and enjoyable for all participating shooters.
