IT’S A WRAP. ❤️
As organizers, it’s hard to put into words what we’re feeling right now.
After all the sleepless nights, endless meetings, last-minute changes, pressure, challenges, and countless hours of preparation, we can finally say — WE DID IT.
The Calbayog 1st Mayor’s Cup Pickleball Tournament has officially come to an end, and our hearts are full.
This tournament was never just about matches, medals, or winning. For us, it was about bringing people together, creating memories, growing the sport we love, and showing what can be achieved when a community works as one.
To all the players, thank you for trusting us and for bringing your energy, passion, and sportsmanship to the court.
To our sponsors and partners, thank you for believing in this event and for helping us turn our plans into reality.
To our hardworking umpires, thank you for your patience, fairness, and dedication throughout every match.
To the medics from the City Health Office and BFP, CAPOSO, PNP, and all our volunteers — thank you for being there from beginning to end and for helping us keep everyone safe, organized, and supported. Your efforts may not always be seen, but they are deeply appreciated.
To Mayor Raymund "Monmon" C. Uy, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting the Calbayog Pickle Pongers to organize this tournament. Being given this responsibility meant so much to us. Thank you for believing in our group and giving us the opportunity to serve our fellow Calbayognons through the sport that we love.
To every member of Calbayog Pickle Pongers who worked behind the scenes — congratulations to us. ❤️ We know the sacrifices, the stress, the tired days and late nights that came with organizing an event like this. There were moments when things became overwhelming, but we kept going, helped one another, and gave everything we could.
We may not have done everything perfectly, but everything we did came from the heart.
And above all, THANK YOU, LORD. 🙏
Thank You for giving us strength when we were tired, wisdom when things became difficult, protection throughout the tournament, and people who were willing to help us along the way. Thank You for allowing us to finish this event safely and successfully.
This is more than just a successful tournament for us. It is a memory we will carry for a long time and a reminder that together, we are capable of so much more.
This success belongs to everyone who became part of this journey.
Congratulations, Calbayog Pickle Pongers. We did it. 🥹❤️🙏🥰
