Trust me, the more you stick to the basics nutrition, recovery, and training. The better the results will be. Consistency always wins.

Currently at 82 kg, down 1 kg from 83 kg over the past 2 weeks. Despite the drop in weight, I'm looking better than I did in Week 8.

Progress isn't always about the number on the scale. Trust the process and stay consistent.
