Welcoming a new month with a hopeful heart.

August wasn’t easy for many of us. Nonstop rains, missed Pilates sessions, missed workdays, and month-long floods. It was a month that tested our patience, resilience, and strength in so many ways.

Here’s to hoping September brings brighter days, calmer skies, and a little more ease for all of us.

We miss you guys already and can’t wait to welcome everyone back at the studio. We can’t wait to move, sweat, breathe, and share our space with you again.

But for now, prayers for everyone going through this calamity.
