OVERCOMER’S CUP 2017
SPECIAL RULES, GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS
I. ELIGIBILITY
A. TEAMS
1. Only a team formed and submitted by a Connection Group Leader or an Authorized trusted member of Overcomer Church is allowed to participate in this tournament.
B. PLAYERS
1. One attendance=One Game Policy for irregular attendees or non-attendees.
2. Each player should undergo all Briefing Sessions and Team Bible Study.
3. A player should have been born in 1993 or after.
4. Once a team line up is submitted; transferring to another team is no longer allowed.
C. COACHES
1. The Connection Group Leader or the Authorized Member will stand as the Coach of his team.
2. The Coach is free to appoint an assistant coach and captain ball from his team members.

D. DISQUALIFICATION
1. Player whose name is not in the submitted original line up.
2. Over-aged.
3. No church attendance.
4. Player who will be charged with a Disqualifying Technical Foul.
II. TEAM COMPOSITION
A. A team may be composed of 8 players above.
B. Only 15 players are allowed to play in every game.
III. UNIFORMS
A. All team members shall use their official colors they picked.
B. Jersey number of players on the shirt [front and back] and shorts [front] shall be numbers 0-99 only.
C. Family names of players should be stated at the back of the jersey.
D. Only team members who are in complete uniform should be allowed to warm up before the game and should be allowed to play.
IV. COACHES
1. Coaches shall wear appropriate clothing/uniform during games. No slippers, shorts, and sando. It must be polo shirt with collar and long pants.
V. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
1. Elimination: Single Round Robin
2. Semi-Finals: Twice to beat advantage for top 1 & 2.
3. Finals: Best Of 3
VI. IN CASE OF TIE; THE LATEST FIBA RULES SHALL BE APPLIED.
