Escape the urban jungle and immerse yourself in the urban forests of La Mesa Nature Reserve.
Discover the incredible healing powers of the great outdoors with our Forest Bathing Walks led by a certified Forest Bathing Guide and Forest Therapy Practitioner.
Nature Therapy PH sessions are customized for each group, based on the responses to this online form.
The 3-hour session includes:
- Guided Forest Bathing Walk
- Nature Connection Activities
- Pre and Post Walk Health Check
- Pre and Post Walk Assessment
Registration Fee is P 2,250 per person.
This is inclusive of:
- Guided Forest Bathing Walk
- LMNR Entrance Fee and Guide
- NTPH Forest Bathing Materials
- Access to NTPH Forest Bathing Videos
Participants:
- Minimum number for a Forest Bathing Walk to push through is 8 participants.
- Maximum of 20 participants can be accommodated in one schedule.
- Suitable for ages 8 to 88 years old.
- For younger or older participants and those with mobility concerns (difficulty walking, injured, using a wheelchair or crutches, etc) , you many contact us for a special session.
Difficulty Level: Easy, 1 to 2 km walk only
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing is a wellness practice that uses all your senses to connect with nature and access the healing power of the forest. Through this practice, your body and mind can be restored and strengthened, allowing you to achieve a sense of balance and well-being.
Studies have shown that engaging in Forest Bathing can lead to numerous benefits including a decrease in stress hormones, improvement in cardiovascular and respiratory health, a boost in the immune system, as well as an increase in anti-cancer cells.
