The CCC Valiants continue to level up as our student-athletes undergo Strength and Conditioning Training, building the power, speed, endurance, and mental toughness needed for the upcoming competitions of A.Y. 2026–2027.
Through every sprint, agility drill, and conditioning session, our athletes are developing the championship mindset that defines a true Valiant. This training is more than just getting stronger it's about building resilience, teamwork, and the determination to rise above every challenge.

The journey to becoming champions begins with discipline, dedication, and hard work! The CCC Valiants Men's Volleyball Team officially kicked off their Strength and Conditioning Training as they prepare for the challenges of A.Y. 2026–2027.
Through agility drills, endurance exercises, speed development, and strength training, our Valiants are building the physical and mental foundation needed to compete at the highest level. Every sprint, every repetition, and every drop of sweat brings them one step closer to excellence.
This training program reflects the Center for Sports Development Office's commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes who embody discipline, resilience, and the true Valiant spirit.
