Sensei Rolan "Bato" Pacardo began his Judo journey in 1992, becoming part of the first batch and Ace Athlete of Muntinlupa Judo Club and one of the first batches of the Philippine National Junior Judo Team. Today, he continues to serve the sport as President/Head Coach of Calamba Judo Academy and Vice President of the Calabarzon Judo Association.

In 2022, he founded Calamba Judo Academy, creating a home where the next generation of judokas can learn, grow, and carry the spirit of Judo forward.
