LAKAN TKD

29/09/2026

EVERY WARRIOR HAS THEIR TIME TO SHINE. ✨

She was once quiet and shy. Today, she stands with the confidence to step forward, push through challenges, and chase what she wants.

And along the way, Sofia became Lakan TKD’s very first Kyorugi National Gold Medalist. 🥇

But her story is not just about the medal. It’s about the journey that came before it.. the courage to keep showing up, the lessons from every match, and the confidence built each fight.

To all our warriors joining the Milo Championships this weekend:

Keep going. Pray, and give your best. Trust your training. Enjoy the process. ❤️

Your time to shine may be today, tomorrow, or somewhere further down the road. And whether you bring home a medal or walk away with lessons that make you stronger, it’s still a win.

Because every match teaches us something.
Every challenge makes us stronger.
And every warrior has their own story to write.

Fight your fight. Learn. Grow. Keep moving forward.

Lakan TKD Training with Alpha Kicks Taekwondo!

This wasn’t just about learning Taekwondo techniques..we also learned how to fall safely.

With many of our team members experimenting with advanced kicks, there were definitely a few moments when gravity won! 😅

But every fall is part of learning, getting back up, improving our technique, and becoming stronger and more confident.

Train hard. Fall safely. Get back up. Keep kicking! 🥋

Special thanks to coach Paul George Benitez for sharing his BJJ skills with us 🙂

See you all on Wednesday, Sept 16 at 6PM for our adhoc training Robinsons Metro East
