Heartbreaking loss, but invaluable lessons learned. 💙💛 🏐

The Caibiran Association of Volleyball Enthusiasts' journey in the Eastern Visayas Homegrown Men's Volleyball Club Championships came to an end after falling to the defending champions and powerhouse team from Hilongos, Leyte in the quarter-final match. The tournament was hosted by the Volleyball Athletes' Association of Leyte – Tacloban City Inc. from June 19–21, 2026, at the City Sports Complex Gym (formerly CEO Gym) in Tacloban City.

Our team gave everything we had on the court, but despite our determination, we fell in straight sets, 22–25, 21–25. It was our first loss of the tournament, ending an impressive winning streak.

While the result was not what we hoped for, this experience has made us stronger, wiser, and even more motivated to improve. Every setback is an opportunity to grow, and we will use this as fuel for the next season.

To everyone who believed in us throughout this journey—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your unwavering support means everything to us.

This is not the end of our story.

We will come back stronger. 💪🏐 CAVEEEEE HOOOOOO!
