BRGY. Carmen Dragon Boat Club Fostering growth, leadership and camaraderie through invigorating water sports activity.

A team consists of the Barangay Carmen Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program's respondents, out-of-school youths, and students that promote social inclusion, teamwork, discipline, and leadership through leisure and recreational water sport activity. Despite our different backgrounds and life experiences, we share a common passion for the sport of dragon boat racing. Through this sport, we ha

ve found a new sense of purpose, camaraderie, and hope for the future. Many of us have faced significant challenges in our lives, whether it be dropping out of school or struggling with addiction. But through our shared love of dragon boating, we have found a path towards healing and personal growth. We train hard and push ourselves to be the best we can be, both on and off the water. We believe that through dedication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, we can achieve anything we set our minds to.

Today we celebrate not only a remarkable individual but also the leader behind many of our team's achievements.

As our Team Manager, your dedication, commitment, and tireless support have helped guide Barangay Carmen Dragon Boat Club through every challenge and every victory. While athletes may take the stage on race day, we know that much of our success is built on the hard work, planning, and leadership happening behind the scenes.

Thank you for believing in the team, pushing us to be better, and always leading with passion and purpose. Your efforts continue to inspire us both on and off the water.
