A team consists of the Barangay Carmen Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program's respondents, out-of-school youths, and students that promote social inclusion, teamwork, discipline, and leadership through leisure and recreational water sport activity. Despite our different backgrounds and life experiences, we share a common passion for the sport of dragon boat racing. Through this sport, we ha

ve found a new sense of purpose, camaraderie, and hope for the future. Many of us have faced significant challenges in our lives, whether it be dropping out of school or struggling with addiction. But through our shared love of dragon boating, we have found a path towards healing and personal growth. We train hard and push ourselves to be the best we can be, both on and off the water. We believe that through dedication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, we can achieve anything we set our minds to.
