Engineer Oscar Gaabucayan Mistula, Full-Qualified Instructor Level, trained directly with GM Nene years back in the mid-1990's when GM Nene was based in Cagayan de Oro City,
Philippines. He has been teaching NNG Balintawak (TEOVEL Balintawak, since 2007) in Sydney, Australia. He is now based in the Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, where he continue to teach the Filipino Martial Art under the guidance GM Nene. Also, he started training in Takemusu Aiki with Saburo Takayasu Sensei, 7th Dan, Shihan, in 1999, Sydney, Australia, and has been promoted to 6th Dan Blackbelt. Daghang Salamat! Classes
