Republic Act No. 10742, also known as the "Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015," is a Philippine law that seeks to empower the youth by enhancing the structure and function of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), which is the youth council at the barangay (local community) level. SEC. 10.
