Hindi lamang husay ang sukatan ng isang mahusay na referee, kundi pati ang kanyang katapatan at paggalang sa organisasyong humubog sa kanyang kakayahan. Ang tunay na dangal ay nakikita sa pagpapahalaga sa ating pinagmulan at sa mga taong nagtiwala at nagbigay sa atin ng pagkakataon. Anuman ang marating natin sa buhay, ang hindi paglimot sa ating pinanggalingan ay tanda ng mabuting pagkatao, propesyonalismo, at tunay na integridad. Ang paggalang sa ating pinagmulan ay paggalang din sa ating sarili.
