📢 Tournament Guidelines & Eligibility Criteria

Please review the guidelines carefully before registering. Eligibility rules, division requirements, and tournament policies will be strictly implemented to ensure fair and competitive play for all participants.

🏟️ TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES 🏟️

🔥 BEGINNERS DIVISION

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Subject to Skill Assessment
2. Playing for Pickleball for not more than 5 months
3. No history of Formal or Competitive Racquet Sports Background
4. Only 1 (one) Maximum Podium finish allowed (1 Silver or 1 Bronze) and no Gold Medalist for any Previous Beginner Rated Invitational, Local or National Tournament (In-House & Private Tournaments do not count)
5. Podium Finish Standings and Eligibility will be counted only until June 20, 2026. Any results achieved after June 20, 2026 will no longer be included in the podium tally.

— THIS DIVISION IS INTENDED STRICTLY FOR NEW AND TRANSITIONAL PLAYERS WHO ARE STILL LEARNING FUNDAMENTALS OF PICKLEBALL, AS WELL AS THOSE WHO HAVE PROGRESSED BEYOND SIMPLY UNDERSTANDING THE RULES BUT ARE STILL DEVELOPING CONSISTENCY IN THEIR GAME.

🔥 NOVICE DIVISION

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Subject to Skill Assessment
2. Only 2 (one) Maximum Podium finish allowed (2 Silver or 2 Bronze) and 1 (one) Gold Medalist for any Previous Novice Rated Invitational, Local or National Tournament (In-House & Private Tournaments do not count)
3. Podium Finish Standings and Eligibility will be counted only until June 20, 2026. Any results achieved after June 20, 2026 will no longer be included in the podium tally.

— THIS DIVISION IS INTENDED STRICTLY FOR TRANSITIONAL PLAYERS WHO HAVE PROGRESSED BEYOND THE BEGINNER LEVEL AND HAVE DEVELOPED SKILLS, CONSISTENCY, AND POWER, BUT MAY STILL BE REFINING THEIR TACTICAL PLAY.

🌧️ IMPORTANT WEATHER NOTE
— Because we are playing hard on outdoor courts, player safety and optimal court conditions are our top priorities. In the event of bad weather, the venue will be changed to Banquerohan Covered Court to ensure that the games can still continue safely and comfortably. We will monitor the weather closely and post live updates throughout the tournament if conditions become unsafe or unsuitable for play.
