Congratulations to all our White Belt students for successfully taking the Philippine Taekwondo Association Promotion Test! Your hard work, discipline, courage, and dedication were on full display. Taking the test is an important milestone in your Taekwondo journey, and you should be proud of your achievement.

This is only the beginning of many more challenges and successes ahead. Continue to train with focus, respect, and perseverance as you work toward your next belt and become stronger both on and off the mat.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT : NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE

Starting this week, we will be implementing our NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE to further improve our athletes’ development, teamwork, and overall performance.

We are also excited to introduce our new Strength and Conditioning program, that will help our athletes become stronger, faster, more disciplined, and physically prepared for competition. This additional program aims to enhance endurance, agility, power, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance.

By combining training sessions, our athletes will benefit from:
✅ Stronger teamwork and camaraderie
✅ Increased motivation by training with more teammates
✅ Better learning through shared experience and sparring variety
✅ Improved discipline, focus, and adaptability
✅ Higher quality training environment with unified coaching
✅ Enhanced physical conditioning and athletic performance

This adjustment is part of our commitment to continuously improve the quality of training and help every athlete reach their full potential both physically and mentally.
