In addition to supervision, teaching our super swimmers how to turn back to the wall for safety is non-negotiable.

Children need to practice anything they are doing. They need to learn to make mistakes and then correct them in order to experience the feeling of success. This can be done with your guidance, but should also be done with some respect to their independence so they learn how to do things for themselves.
