Matapos ang Asian Games at nauwi nga naten ang GOLD, anu gusto mo sabihin kay Coach TIM and Coach Chot. Bigyan naten ng credits si Coach Chot dahil kundi sya nagresigned maaring iba kinalabasan nito. Aminin naten may naimbag si coach Chot at it takes guts naten na finally ibinba na nya ung Pride nya at nagdesisyon na bumitaw sa pwesto pero kung iisipin pwede na tumuloy sya sa Asian games para maibawi ang sarili nya sa nangyari sa WORLD CUP.

"Let’s be honest: basketball is the only sport that counts in the Philippines. You can win gold medals in weightlifting, boxing, jiujitsu, and while we appreciate those a little, it would always pale in comparison to a basketball gold medal. Hell, the Philippines can win 200 gold medals, but if someone else wins the one for basketball, TOTGA feels pa rin yan.
And the best feeling i have this morning? That the Chinese fans knows it too. Theyre seething with rage right now that they have to watch the Philippines, a third world country who they have a border dispute with, cut their basketball hoops net, after winning the Gold at their homecourt.
Repeat: At their homecourt.🙂
They will never forget the moment that the Philippine national anthem was played in China during the awarding ceremonies for basketball.
We may not be able to beat China’s military. But it sure is a good feeling to be able to spit in their eyes and tell all 1.4 billion of them:
