IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

September 1, 2026 – November 28, 2026 – Submission of Hard copy requirements

Good day! As confirmed by the ICTO, the HEIMS portal is currently down until next week due to an ongoing cloud migration. Because of this, the portal is temporarily inaccessible, so please expect some disruption in its availability. Please note that there will be no transactions for now for the issuance of Certified True Copies (CTC) of COG, COR, and other services relying on the system.
We are also encouraging everyone that once the portal is accessible again, kindly download all your necessary documents (such as your COG, COR, etc.) so you have them ready if needed for your transactions.
Regarding office transactions on campus that rely on the HEIMS portal, they are working hard to have it restored today so that students can proceed with their transactions by tomorrow.

Isang matagumpay na BANAAG ang ating nasaksihan!☀
Isang mapagpalang pagbati mula sa Office of the Student Organizations and Activities (OSOA) – External Campus, Meneses Campus.
Noong Hulyo 16, 2026, matagumpay na nagtipon ang mga lider-estudyante mula sa iba't ibang kampus ng Bulacan State University para sa BANAAG 2026 na ginanap sa BulSU Main Campus.
Hindi lamang ito naging isang pagtitipon, kundi isang makabuluhang pagkakataon upang matuto, magbahagi ng mga ideya, at palakasin ang diwa ng pamumunong may integridad, malasakit, at pananagutan. Sa bawat talakayan, bawat karanasan, at bawat koneksyong nabuo, mas naging malinaw ang layunin nating sama-samang isulong ang inclusive, accountable, and transformative student governance.
