🎈🎁 🍒 Birthday week 🦄✨🤍 … and ok so wow the year that’s gone was one of the most transformational years of my life (and something I don’t remember volunteering for 😂😜) So… transformation, if you know it, is a real MF.
The kind of MF that strips away every bit of safety you think you have, as well as the closest people you thought you could trust (with your life).
Gone… Some quick. Some slow. And some in the most ugly of ways.
Transformation stripped away every object, person, and thought that was not authentic, aligned, or supportive of the woman I truly am.
No matter how much I’ve loved them.
I’ve filled countless journals and hours meditating, moving my body, and transmuting what felt like generation upon generation of blockages. Some real blockbusters 😅😂
Anyway, transformation demanded that I build myself anew. And do it alone. To learn a type of self-reliance that built self-trust without an ebb of resentment.
And to do it with one new thought, one step, one rep at a time. In every major area of my life - health, relationships, business. At first, it stung. And I didn’t know who I was without certain people in my life - but that was part of the illusion what leaked my energy.
I used EVERYTHING in my coaching toolkit 🛠️
Anyway, the reward has been an enduring and most delicious feeling of freedom - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually (you might know I call these the “four quadrants of energetic optimisation”).
And I wouldn’t change a thing.
So, with this new birth year, my intention is to keep the spaciousness, peace, and type of people that God showed me truly align with my heart, soul, and mission in this life.
No performing, putting up with anything less than my standards, or protecting a false sense of peace for others to bypass their lives on… No matter the protest.
While I know the contrast is far from over, I have such deep gratitude and grace for the awakening, and how it’s manifested everywhere in my life.
Thank you to those who got to know me… THE REAL ONES who stood by me and shared my values. Your timing is perfect 🥰
My mindset is “Universe- teach me, show me, I am ready”🐺🦄🐆 ONTO THE NEXT CHAPTER!!
